On this composition

A painting, before the light.

The Krishna Janmabhoomi complex in Mathura at nightfall, treated with weight and shadow. Deep oxblood and brick-red temple spires crowd the skyline beside a low grey dome, lit warm against a coral evening sky. Barricades and a security gate cut across the mid-ground, and a line of dark-robed devotees climbs the steps toward the shrines. At the centre, set into a black archway, a single acrylic lamp glows gold, marking the cell where Krishna is said to have been born. Sandhya Kaushik keeps the architecture in dense palette-knife planes of maroon, umber and rust, holding the deep shadow so the one flame carries the whole canvas.

The low light and single glow make this a solemn, devotional piece. It belongs in a study, a prayer corner, or a quiet wall where a contemplative image is wanted.
