The tunnel of gates going up the hill, vermilion posts repeating into the distance with green light coming through the gaps. Sandhya Kaushik uses the repetition as rhythm — each post a single loaded stroke, slightly different in mix from its neighbour — and puts one small figure in the passage to give the scale.

The strongest colour contrast in the collection: saturated red against deep green. It needs a plain wall and rewards one.
