Its two pyramidal granite spires rise from a low rock platform where the beach meets the Bay of Bengal; figures walk across the pale wet sand in the foreground, their reflections stretched in the shallow water. The sky is a soft drift of pink, lavender and cream, the sea a cool blue at the right. Sandhya Kaushik keeps this one airy and low in contrast, the sand laid in long horizontal scrapes, the temple a pale silhouette against the dusk.
