Late light, from the water. The dome and minarets go to silhouette against a sky knifed in cadmium orange and rose, a boatman poles across the foreground, and the river takes the whole sky back in broken vertical strokes. Sandhya Kaushik gives up architectural detail entirely here in exchange for the shape.
